It was a very tight timeline. We had to get things working on time. As we go forward in working with the commission, that same process will be incorporated, and these strategic clusters, everything that you said will fit in one of these strategic clusters, so theyre pretty broad, but all the things that you mentioned, recruitment, hiring, changing consuulture w fit in one of these, and the collaborative process, those will be headed by the appropriate Department People or collaborative work groups, including commission, community, leaders in different fields that will add to building this Strategic Plan under these clusters.
