Frustrated and angry crowd. Many people saying the city isnt doing enough to clean up the homeless encampment which is pretty much on their front door. Michael has been homeless much of his adult life. A long walk, and right next door, an emotional town hall was held addressing the issues about this area known as the living room. Dr. Smith pastor of Allen Temple Baptist church invited city and county leaders to talk about a plan to clean up the area in just four weeks. Its been three years with the same conversation.
