The grieving family of an 85-year-old Florida grandmother, tragically killed by an alligator, is filing a lawsuit against the retirement village. They assert that the owners were aware of the dangerous alligator in the pond but neglected to remove it, leading to the fatal incident.
The retirement community "forced" Gloria Serge to walk her dog by the retention pond where she was killed by a 10-foot alligator, according to the lawsuit.
The family of an 85-year-old woman who was killed by an alligator while walking her dog has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the real estate company that owns and operates the southeast Florida subdivision where the attack happened.
