Authorities in Florida have charged two teens following a viral video that showed people on a boat dumping drums full of trash into the water off the coast of Boca Raton.
Charges are "imminent" against teens who threw heaps of garbage from a boat during the Boca Bash, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission said.
