Im the current president of the russian hill neighbors. Some think of it as a Bedroom Community where we actually were 11,000 people who live on the hill. Our Neighborhood Group represents 600 households, about 875 merchants and members and our board of directors unanimously voted to go with the pagoda palace option. We felt it was finally the best one that was presented. And ive been to all the meeting in the fall and many of our members are transportation chair steve taber who is on spur.
