LAKE PLACID — The lead investigator into Sunday’s fatal airplane crash in Lake Placid said the crash appeared to follow a loss of power in the airplane’s engine.
The National Transportation Safety Board was on the ground Tuesday in Lake Placid, New York, investigating the crash that killed two people, including former New England Patriot Russ Francis.
