Police investigating an incident where two juveniles died after being found in a Swimming Pool at a residential daycare. Authorities were called to do a welfare check at that residential daycare on fleetwood drive around 9 00 this morning. Police were then notified that three children had fallen into the pool. Two of them died. A third child is said to be at the hospital right now. San jose homicide unit and Santa Clara County District Attorneys Office are investigating. The San Jose Police Department Homicide unit and the Santa Clara County das office are conducting a joint investig gation into the circumstances around the drownings. Neighbors said the daycare operates from 8 a. M. To 5 p. M. And charges 2000 a month per child. This is a daycare with five children present. All five are accounted for. It just breaks my heart and i feel bad for the families because we do. When i take her to school, we watch. We watch the families bring their kids and so we see their faces. Its so heartbreaking.
