Now, the prison here, the federal prison has been in the newsc in recent years for sexual assaults by guards of inmates, all of whom are female. Lets show you some video from earlier. Now, the reasons arent immediately clear, but a source does tell ktvu the warden, associate warden and a captain had been, quote, removed.
