He was arrested on sunday facing a judge monday at the jail and wanted out bonded out tuesday. Records show he admitted to being near the mens room at the glitz nightclub the night of the shooting with a gun. One man was shot in or near the mens room but lopez denies he fired his gun. He says his friend was shot and ran to him for help outside the club. Orlando police say he was standing next to Joseph Villalobos on the ground bleeding and later died. They say he had blood on his clothing which he says came from hugging villalobos and helping him to the ground. Police say lopez through his handgun handgun outed onto a roof and they say they found the firearm. Lopez is charged with tampering with evidence and caring a concealed firearm. There was discussion in court about opd asking to keep him behind bars on no bond and the judge asked the state special detention hearing that the state said no. Daytona beach police say the Lakes Country Club a mile from the International Speedway and four miles from Bethunecookman University. The gunman fired shots after a fight broke out at a party. The sight of an extensive search last night for a newborn baby girl who disappeared shortly after her mother, suzen richardson, gave birth. If she took the baby over there, she was dripping blood all the way through the parking lot and back. Reporter her boyfriend Johnnie Bryant said there was blood in the home near the complex. There was evidence of child birth in the willow bend parking lot and thats what brought the investigators here.
