Not that i didnt run the red light, they just said the system wasnt valid because it allows a private company to make a decision the police should be making. She claims when it comes to the courts opinion, the little reason she won applies to everyone who gets a red light ticket issued by American Traffic Solutions on behalf of the city of orlando. The city disagrees, issuing this statement. This ruling only applies to this case. It just dismisses this individuals specific violation.
