As weve worked through this process. Ive heard the reference to a full delay or a full repeal. Now were just saying mr. President , can we not just have oneyear delay . We said, well, what about a oneyear delay . Weve been offering compromise after compromise. laughter but you hear from the president and his men and his women no negotiation.
