Land Tejas has donated its second lot in the community of Lago Mar for the 40-year-old Greater Houston Builders Association’s charity fundraiser. It is also their 18th lot they have donated over the years, to ensure the Benefit Homes Project raises valuable funds for local charity. There have been many outstanding milestones during the 40-year history of the GHBA Benefit Homes Project. Records continue to be broken by builders who recruit a growing list of vendors to donate materials and labor for construction of their Benefit home. Sales continue to climb, and several Benefit homes builders have donated construction management multiple times. Photo courtesy of Land Tejas One of the buzziest phrases of 2020, locally, will no doubt be “crystal lagoon.” A 12-acre crystal lagoon made a massive splash when it opened to the public in July in Texas City. Now, Houston’s fourth Crystal Lagoon getaway has been announced at a bustling Katy master-planned community. The new Crystal Lagoon amenity will anchor the Katy Sunterra development, courtesy of local developer, Land Tejas. The turquoise retreat will span approximately 3.5 acres, according to a press release. Visitors can expect a clubhouse and pool overlooking the lagoon, as well as several beaches and an island all surrounded by crystal clear waters.
