But the northerly breeze contributed to some of that. There is a little haze. 50, Half Moon Bay. They were 49 this morning. How about that . Santa rosa an napa were 42. Now, 53. Brentwood is already 73. Its going to be 100. But the fog down here. Town in monterey. Thats the only place i can find it. Theres not much there. Sunshine and warm temps. It looks beautiful at the coast today but that fog is rarin to go. Not today. Not today. Maybe tomorrow night.

Reporter it was a very somber mood out here as the police chief, the mayor, District Attorney all offered their deepest sympathies and condole hences to maddys condolences to maddys family, they wouldnt go into too much detail but they said they have enough evidence to link that 15 yearold to the crime. The body was found before 8 00 last night off the first floor parking structure in the tannery art complex. Police say the 15yearold was an april quaintence. They both lived there. Maddy was willingly lured by herself to the suspects apartment. The two were alone. Its believed he killed her inside his apartment and dragged her body to that recycling bin. Police believe this all happened before the girl was reported missing sunday night. Police found the 15yearold suspect near the bin last night when the body was located, they questioned and arrested him and the police chief said the suspect acted alone. Than what we saw when we first arrived here. When we got here this morning right after the fire started, this whole hillside behind us was covered with flames. Huge flames and it was burning through all of this dry brush and burning out of control. Now the update i got a short time ago is that this fire is not actively burning anymore. So they have slowed the spread of this fire. They have stopped the spread of this fire. But they are still calling it 0 contained. That is because as you look at some of these firefighters here working on this hillside, what they are trying to do is make sure the edges of this fire are contained so it does not flair back up. So at this point still saying they have no containment on this fire. A lot more work to be done. Let me show you a scene from earlier this morning. The fog is too shallow. Some areas are picking up some breeze. I dont think its enough to impact. Coast and bay a huge drop. You can see the fog. Adrian Garrett Gonzales facing six felony is these documents show one count of murder with to special circumstances. As well as kidnapping with special circumstances. Four counts of Sexual Assault each of aggravated circumstances including the use of a deadly weapon. And your 24 years of the top of my head and cannot remember a 15 year olds charged with these specific instances including Sexual Assault offenses.
