Police are searching for a 12-year-old boy with autism reported missing from Hammond, Indiana over the weekend.
Kyrin Carter was last seen about 12:35 p.m. Saturday, according to an alert from Indiana State Police.
He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance, state police said.
Carter is about 5-foot-4 and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, state police said. He was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, dark blue shorts with a light blue stripe and no shoes.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Hammond Police Department at 219-660-0000 or call 9-1-1.
Hammond police are still in search of 12-year-old Kyrin Carter. Kyrin, who has autism, was last seen around 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Best Western Hotel near 179th Street and Cline Avenue.
