Supreme Court Justice Kathleen Ker that he was part of a criminal organization along with Jacob Pereira, Anduele Pikientio and Csongor Szucs and that they conspired along with “other persons unknown” to traffic fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin across the Lower Mainland between February 2017 and August 2018.
