Countries around the world have expressed solidarity with India as it battles the second wave of COVID-19. The US, France, Australia, Pakistan, Japan, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, China, and Australia, amongst other countries have ensured help during this unprecedented time for the country. Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest skyscraper, lit up in tricolor, and displayed the message, “Stay Strong India.”

Leh, Dec 10: The second edition of Ladakh Literature Festival with the theme of “Ladakh at the Crossroads” was virtually inaugurated by the Lieutenant Governor UT Ladakh, R K Mathur here today.
CEC, LAHDC, Kargil Feroze Ahmad Khan, MP Ladakh Jamyang Tsering Namgial, Dy. CEC, LAHDC Leh Tsering Angchuk, EC Agriculture, Stanzin Chosphel, EC Rural Tashi Namgyal, EC Minorities Ghulam Medhi, Commissioner Secretary Tourism, Rigzin Samphel, Director Tourism, Kunzes Angmo, Assistant Director Tourism Jigmet Namgial, Executive Director, LAMO Dr Monisha Ahmad, Ordained Dharmacharya Teacher Shantum Seth, Author James Crowden, former AD Tourism, Kargil, Ex-Director CIBS, Executive members of ALTOA and AKTTA, and prominent local scholars, writers and artists virtually attended the inaugural session.
