Deputies have a suspect in custody after a shooting at a bar and Bowling Alley and cupertino. Santa clara sheriffs deputies were called to the location at 10 30 last night. Witnesses say a fight broke out at a party for a local rapper. Then gunshots. I ran through the hallway of the Bowling Alley. I was ducking underneath where they stage the balls. And i went to go into the girls bathroom when i heard gunshots on the other side of the lockers. Just a terrifying scene. Deputies say one person was shot in the leg. They arrested a suspect in connection with the shooting and found two guns at the scene. This morning theyre anything asking anyone with video or information about the incident to contact authorities. Reporter this is a very sad Christmas Morning for at least several families here in the bay area. We are in front of what has been the scene for hours here on 880 south near southland mall. That is the chp car that was hit from behind. There is debris everywhere on the freeway, on this offramp, across all lanes. Now, i want to just show you right across from this offramp here, thats the other car that was involved, this red car where you see the front left side smashed in, ending up across the freeway. The chp is being very tight lipped about this accident. They confirmed at least two chp officers were seriously injured as well as the driver of that red car. The accident happened around 11 45 p. M. , Christmas Eve, again, near 880 south near winton by the mall. Investigators arent giving specifics about the injuries or confirming if anyone has passed.
