The administration of Kangra, Himachal Pradesh has put a man dressed like a monster in the market in order to create awareness among people about Covid 19. The novel way adopted by the administration has drawn the media attention.
This has led to people becoming aware of the second wave of the pandemic and thus taking necessary precautions to keep themselves away from the corona infection.
