[highpitched rewind whine] [projector humming] i grew up as a bigheaded baby in seattle, moved to nicaragua when i was three, made friends with parrots and sloths. Moved back to Washington State when i was five, learned to play the bassoon. Its just ive been going through a really hard time recently on a number of different levels, and ive been feeling a little bit low, a little bit less than, a little depressed and humbled and lost these days. and if you are lucky, lucky enough to have people around you to help you, that s the key thing. - yeah. the faces on this farm have changed through the years, but one constant remains family. so this game is called kubbar. we humans need one another to survive, so we cooperate. oh, come on. i was robbed. at some point, though, the needing fades, and all that remains is cooperation. we help each other because we can, not because we re counting on some future payback. there s a word for this. - oh! - oh! love. i come from a pretty unhappy family, and a very particular kind of unhappiness. and to witness the warmth and love
