Officials at Mercy Medical center say their security staff was alerted about the situation, and they called sioux city police. A Pretrial Hearing is set for march 2016. A judge has declared a mistrial in the case of a woman charged following an arsonrelated fire. 28year old Cassie Zoubek was set to stand trial on charges of witness tampering stemming from a felony Second Degree arson conviction after zoubek was sentenced to 10 to 12 years in prison in july. Zoubek pleaded guilty for her role in burning down a mobile home, in norfolk, in october 2014. On the witness tampering charge, zoubek is accused of asking a whereabouts on the night the mobile home was set on fire. Today, a judge declared a mistrial after three of the jurors selected for the 12person jury declared business and personal conflicts that could interfere with a potential trial. As of now, it looks like snow will begin to make its move across siouxland from west to east tomorrow morning and exit the viewing area by late tomorrow evening and is expected to drop anywhere from a couple of inches in southern and western siouxland up to 67 inches in parts of northern and eastern siouxland.
