SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - To better prepare for any situation, the 2nd Security Forces Squadron trains using MILO: a virtual simulator that puts you through different scenarios. The person controlling it can change the outcome of each situation based on how an officer reacts during training.
âThe MILO system allows us to do several different things,â Tech Sergeant Dennis Kotal said. âIt allows us to do proficiency firing, use of force training, active shooter training, and less than lethal use of force and de-escalation training.â
Before overseeing over 300 buses, bus operators and making sure nearly 14,000 students make it safely to and from Bossier Parish schools, retired Lt. Col. David Hadden served in the United States Air Force.

I came back to a battalion in Gulfport, Mississippi. I went back to Afghanistan to Camp Leatherneck. Came back and then went to Japan, returned and went back to Afghanistan. WHITEMAN AFB, Mo. (KSLA) - The flyover at Super Bowl LV will be a first-of-it’s kind. The world will be watching on Super Bowl Sunday when a trio of Air Force bombers going nearly 300 mph fly over at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida in a pregame tradition unlike any other.
Leading the flyover is Captain Sarah “Gucci” Kociuba; She will take off from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri, just 61 miles away from Kansas City.
