As San Diego Wave Fútbol Club finished up their preseason training in preparation for their opening match of the 2022 NWSL Challenge Cup against Angel City FC this Saturday, the regular-season schedule was announced on Wednesday.
One of the most noteworthy acquisitions by San Diego Wave Fútbol Club has undoubtedly been the addition of midfielder Taylor Kornieck. She was the highest draft selection in the team's history playing along side forwards Alex Morgan and Jodi Taylor who are now her current teammates in San Diego.
