Eight civilians are dead and dozens more are injured after Russia launched a missile attack on a busy restaurant in the city of Kramatorsk in eastern Ukraine Tuesday night.
Two Russian missiles struck the city of Kramatorsk in eastern Ukraine, killing at least four people and injuring 42 others. The missiles hit a restaurant and a village on the outskirts of the city. Another Russian missile struck buildings in Kremenchuk, with no reported casualties.
