Reporter four hours later investigators are still on hand collecting evidence out here. A call came in about 7 10 p. M. A 911 call from inside the park from someone who says they saw a man with a gun. They saw a man with a weapon. And they called 911 and said there is a man with a gun. Officers responded. They encountered the suspect. And he appeared to draw that weapon and officers responded. And shot him. Reporter now, the deputy chief tells kpix 5 there was a weapon found near the mans body. He hasnt been identified yet at this point and there was more than one officer involved in the shooting at the park.
