Delhi high court
NEW DELHI: The high court on Thursday directed Delhi Police not to seize Covid-19 resources, including oxygen cylinders and essential medicines, from patients and their attendants because they were procuring the items out of “desperation and need”.
Justices Vipin Sanghi and Rekha Palli said it was “unreasonable” to ask a patient under medical supervision at home of private nurses or doctors to take medicines such as Remdisivir, FabiFlu or Tocilizumab only in hospital.
