Our Correspondent Diphu, July12 (EMN): The disbanded six armed organisations that have signed a tripartite peace agreement with the state and central government in 2021, has blamed the government of India, the government of Assam and the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) for showing lackadaisical attitude in the implementation of clauses and sub-clauses of the agreement.
