N tuesday, culver will hold meetings in cedar rapids and coralvilil to hear how people are being affected. I was a very strong storm earlier in the week. In fact, the strongest hurricane on record in both the eastern pacific and the Atlantic Basin but since then, coming inland it has weakened. Now a category one hurricane with winds of just 75 miles an hour and gusts up to about 90 miles an hour. It is also moving pretty quickly to the north and east at about 21 miles an hour. Now its already brought a lot of rain for parts of mexico. Anywhere from about 10 to 11 inches in spots. And expected in the next 24 hours to bring any with from 812 inches in mexico.
