Jammu/New Delhi,December 27 (Scoop News)- 39 MOUS inked between the NAREDCO Developers and Government of Jammu and Kashmir on the lines of Real Estate Summit held at Jammu Convention Centre on 27th December 2021 organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, Government of Jammu & Kashmir and NAREDCO. The set objective of the state government is intended to foster growth and development in Jammu and Kashmir to boost employment and per capita real income.
The Total No. of MoUs exchanged comprised 39 involving Rs. 18900 Crores in sectors such as 19 residential, 8 Commercial, 4 Hospitality, 3 Infrastructure, 2 Finance, 3 Film and Entertainment.
