A student is cooperating with police after one of their classmates was shot outside of Alger Middle School Tuesday, according to Grand Rapids Public Schools.
It was noticeable to many locals when California Pizza Kitchen closed permanently, the signage coming down off the building with bright yellow awnings along the 101, a community staple in Solana Beach's Beachwalk Center for over 30 years.
