First National Bank in Farrell. TANNER MONDOK | Herald FARRELL – The Farrell branch of First National Bank of Pennsylvania will soon be closing, to the dissatisfaction of city residents.  First National Bank informed customers of the closure in a letter dated Dec. 4. The branch, at 1030 Indiana Ave. will close in March, according to the letter. When the FNB location in Farrell closes, there will no longer be a physical banking location in the city. “There are a lot of unhappy people,” said Terrence Crumby, a Farrell city councilman. “I had several phone calls from the citizens asking what can we do if we won’t have a bank in the city anymore.”
