NB Power management at fault for missed debt targets, says auditor general Robert Jones © Michel Corriveau/Radio-Canada Auditor General Kim MacPherson says NB Power failed to meet financial targets year after year by engaging in optimistic and inaccurate forecasting of utility expenses.
