And one staff member had just walked away to get a coke. If they had stayed there during the ordeal they would have been shot we believe, and killed basic on the trajectory of the bullets. This is Joyce Mitchell in shackles and on her way into court on charges that she helped those convicted murderers escape. Right now there are at least 800 Law Enforcement officers searching for those men, scouring the woods around the new york prison and stopping vehicles on area roads. State police say theyve received 870 leads, and more stream in every hour. Yet despite all the resources and the publics help there have been no confirmed sightings of these men. But then about two hours later, two officers knocked on our door and told us we needed to evacuate since our apartment faces its actually directly across the street from the Police Headquarters parking lot and thats where they found a few of the explosives so since our apartment is all windows on that side they told us we need to evacuate and everybody else on that side had to as well.
