As we come on the air, the fbi is that among multiple Law Enforcement agencies at the scene of a suburban home worth three members of the u. S. Marshal task force were killed and five others injured while executing a fugitive warrant. We are just learning that Arrest Warrant was for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and two occupants of the house are now being questioned. There were reports that as many as 100 shots rang out in the neighborhood. This is the latest Ambush Attack on Law Enforcement officers following a similar incident to last night in kenner, louisiana, where three officers were shot and survived. When officers discovered her body in the dumpster they say the accused teenager was standing right nearby. He was arrested immediately. That was right around 8 00 in the evening. He was taken to the stationhouse interviewed overnight until early this morning. Police did not give an indication as to the motive or whether or not he confessed. It was a detective who decided to do one more check of a recycling dumpster when he made the discovery. Maddies body was concealed in a recycle bin in a way that was not obvious or readily apparent. Reporter investigators say 8yearold Maddy Middleton was acquainted with the 15yearold boy and went to his apartment willingly. Investigators say she was killed in the hour between when she was reported missing and when officers first arrived on scene. It appears that she was lured to the suspects apartment willingly. We also have some cell phone video that was sent in to the station a little while ago, we can show just how dramatic it was, again, as the situation was unfolding and as the street was being flooded and this big hole opened up here. There was a pickup truck as well as an suv that were both stuck in the sinkhole. A tow truck came through here just a little while ago, got both of the vehicles out. The good news is no one was hurt.
