We have a 12minute drive time from the blue route to the vine street expressway to the center city area. Mass transit, a good note, no problems for septa, new Jersey Transit or patco. Well cover more drive times for y you. This was the scene near girard avenue after a tractortrailer and a car collided in the westbound lanes of 76. Investigators say the car was pinned under the truck and caught fire, the flames eventually spread to the trailer. Again, nobody was hurt. A viewer sent us this photo of the flames, the westbound lanes as weve been mentioning were closed while crews cleared the scene. We do have two lanes open on the right side of that accident so they are allowing traffic to get by but we have a huge backup and this drive time is also about up to 35 minutes now.
