By Police Gunfire peer the dog owner says it simply growled at the officer and he opened fire. The dog owner says police were consent. Police tell us they were serving an arrest warrant it. Now, the family is mourning the loss of their beloved pet. Reporter the owner of the dog says the dog was just doing what he did, protecting their home turf. The owner says when he ran to the spot in the driveway and stood by the owners mother, Police Walked in and the situation turned deadly. One of the photos of the dog might be disturbing. As monday came to a close, the garcia family mourns the death of their beloved dog charlie. Adrian garcia says the dog was patrolling his chart when officer showed up looking for someone.
