CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Top infectious disease expert Dr. Anthony Fauci predicts children could get vaccinated against Covid-19 by late spring or the summer.
Fauci said vaccinating children is a necessary step to widespread immunity to the virus.
Vaccines aren’t approved yet for children, but testing is currently underway for those as young as 12.
Fauci said if those trials are successful, there will be another round of testing down to those nine years old.
