The company has launched an integrated solution application called Kia Digi-Connect which is an industry-first video-based live sales consultation solution, Kia India said in a statement.

As mentioned above Kia says its Digi-Connect service will allow customers to directly interact with their nearest dealership via video conferencing. Aside from simple interaction, customers will be able to add in family members from across the country to the discussions, in a bid to provide a showroom-like experience.
The new application allows customers to virtually visit their nearest dealership.
Details on any model can be discussed via video call as well as screen, video, and document sharing.
Multiple relatives or friends can be added to the call through the app.
