Kohima Smart City is initiating the process of collection of data pertaining to Kohima City from various departments/ agencies/ organisations, as part of the Urban Outcomes Framework (UOF) 2022. In order to measure the performance of cities across India, Smart City Mission has undertaken initiatives such as the Ease of Living Index (EoLI), Municipal Performance Index (MPI), Climate Smart Cities Assessment Framework (CSCAF) and Data Maturity Assessment Framework (DMAF). In past, data for these frameworks were collected at different times and cycles, thus having issues like overlapping, duplicity and more time and effort being expended in the exercise. Dimapur, June 13 (EMN): The Kohima Smart City Development Limited (KSCDL) and the Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with World Resources Institute, India (WRI, India) on June 7 to work on scaling up safe, accessible, green, playful and inclusive neighbourhoods for young children and families across the city.
