A number of housing developments are planned in Harrisburg, Susquehanna Township, Hampden Township, East Pennsboro Township and throughout the midstate. And stores including REI Co-op, PaulB Mechanicsburg, Five Below and TJ Maxx are all opening new locations in central Pennsylvania this year. And three companies have plans to open multiple locations in the region: Shiny Shell CarWash, Xfinity and Pet Supplies Plus. Other new locations include a childcare center, a hospital, newly built medical offices, a doggie daycare, restaurants, hotels, an indoor trampoline park and more.

McNees Wallace & Nurick has launched Keystone Municipal Solutions, a new subsidiary that will be based out of its Harrisburg office at 100 Pine St. Keystone Municipal Solutions will serve municipalities across Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. The company was officially launched on Jan. 25 and McNees said that the new company will offer a range of services it customized to fit the needs of municipalities experiencing leadership transitions or other management challenges.
