With breaking news from paris. French police have launched a raid that one official says has disrupted a planned terror attack in its advanced stages. There has been at least one arrest. So far, they have found no link between this new plot and the november attacks in paris, or the brussels bombing on tuesday. We also learned today about the brussels suspects.
