Night. Reporter pyrotechnic crews are working on two barges. Theyre wiring explosives that will be synchronized with patriotic music to create the fourth of July Fireworks show. Each year theres something new. Changing up some of the patterns and colors and things of that nature. But its a good ruckus 25 minutes of fireworks and color and explosions and happiness. Reporter part of the choreography is designed to deal with the fog that often threatens to obscure the show. Different elevations, different altitudes so that sometimes it will be nice and low, sometimes its high. Reporter along the waterfront, street musicians entertain the summer crowds while merchants are preparing for the extra business.
