This truck carrying roughly 6,000 chickens overturned and kept part of highway 121 in Sonoma County closed all day. A rollover accident backed up traffic in the daly city area, flooding temporarily closing the northbound 101 connector ramp in San Francisco. He killed four people. The shooting spree happened near the small town of red bluff south of redding. The nearest Police Station was 20 minutes away in corning. Authorities say neal went on a 45minute shooting rampage including at the rancho tehama elementary school. Several children were shot and wounded, not killed.
