This is the first time this season weve had a storm ranking 3 on the impact scale. So far today the north bay has seen the worst. We have Live Team Coverage spread out across the bay area. First, christian spencer. That storm is strong right now. Live dpop pler 7 you can see the rain is covering much of the north bay. It is rather heavy. As we close in we can see the rain moving in there marine county over to napa county. The orange and red colors there, moving north of Sonoma County toward the napa area, east of fairfield. Its a strong storm and it will be with us tonight and tomorrow morning producing anywhere from 1 inch to 2. 5 inhes for most of the bay year area. 2 to 4 inches in the hills. And he says the shooter looked very upset and especially frustrated when he couldnt get into the locked doors of the school classrooms. He tells us it was only 8 to 15 seconds between the time the lockdown was complete and the time neal arrived on the quad where students previously were. You can see the bullet holes through here. Reporter the maintenance supervisor wasnt here for the shooting but shows ktvu where Kevin Janson Neal took aim at four classrooms and school office. He said 80 children were playing in the quad Tuesday Morning when the school went into lockdown and the entire staff went into action including the janitor. Custodian, who is 64, 270 pounds, he took off, get into the classrooms, get into the classrooms and so at that point, he was able to get everyone inside so there was no one left on the blacktop.
