Incumbents David Hoffman and Kimberlee Schultz and candidate Thomas Gubernatis Jr. were the top three vote-getters Tuesday in the race for three New Windsor Town Council seats.
Andrew Green, a 15-year resident of New Windsor, finished with 194 votes for mayor against three-term incumbent Neal Roop’s 166. Turnout was high, with 355 ballots cast out of 1,164 registered voters.
