Reporter rick, this is the valley run complex north of wilmington, it happened in this townhouse, a 2yearold boy apparently shot himself in the head here s a lot of Unanswered Questions as police begin their investigation. We are not sure the ownership of the gun or how he located the weapon or anything like that. It happened at 10 00 this morning. Neighbors say they heard a woman screaming and crying outside of the townhouse. I seen a lady on the phone crying, she was just screaming, i dont know who she was talking to.
