Morning. Another night of unrest in milwaukee after a Police Officer shot and killed a man after he fled during a traffic stop. That shooting sparking protests and violence on the citys north side. This started on saturday. A pair of Police Officers stopped two that led to a foot chase which ended when an officer shot one of the two who was armed with a handgun according to officials. Police say that 23yearold Sylville Smith was shot twice once in the arm, and also in the chest. Smith died on scene. The officer was placed on administrative duty.
