The teens started to throw rocks at people, cars and homes and a man came out to confront them and got heckled and even slapped in the back. They have attacked the elderly and children and this is a huge problem forever the neighborhood. This is going on for a year. Joe tells us the teens are coming in all summer and claimed the steps of the school as their hangout. They took over the steps. Anybody walking by they harass. An 89yearold lady they harassed. Its taken out by outsiders, my elderly neighbor is afraid to come out.
