The Kerala High Court recently held that objections concerning territorial jurisdiction of trial court should be raised at the earliest, before adducing evidence or examination of witnesses.
The Court directed the State to issue directions to the authorities concerned to send notices to gyms functioning without the required licence so that they can procure the same within a period of three months.
