The Clemson Tigers (32-4, 22-4) finally have their first chance at a rivalry softball matchup with South Carolina (23-17, 2-13). While the Gamecocks are coming off just their second SEC victory, the Tigers are on a different level of a hot streak.

OXFORD, Miss. Mackenzie Boesel tied the school record for career home runs with her 33rd on Saturday afternoon against Ole Miss at the Ole Miss Softball Complex. Boesel blasted the two-strike solo shot two batters into the 8-5 loss.
The current record, held by Alaynie Page, has stood since 2016. Boesel had already notably reached the school high marks for doubles, walks and assists by a second baseman. The long ball was her fifth of the season and first in SEC play.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - No. 20 South Carolina dropped its series to No. 19 Arkansas with a 7-5 loss in 10 innings Saturday at Carolina Softball Stadium at Beckham Field. Carolina tied the game in the bottom of the seventh thanks to Kenzi Maguire’s RBI-squeeze bunt but a two-run home run in the top of the 10th proved to be the final difference maker in the Razorback’s series-sealing win.
