Pair no longer face armed robbery charges in Oconto incident

OCONTO – Felony charges filed against two Oconto residents initially accused of robbing a man at gunpoint of a purported $60,000 in designer watches have been dropped, but they still face three misdemeanors. Joshua Uphill, 22, and Jessica Humblet, 20, have pleaded not guilty to theft, battery and disorderly conduct over the Oct. 29 incident. According to the criminal complaint, the victim, who was apparently acquainted with the suspects, did not directly contacted Oconto Police.
